Covid-19 Readiness

COVID-19 Operations Update

March 17th 2020

With the health and safety of staff, clients and the broader community of paramount concern, Core Network Solutions has activated stage two of our Pandemic Response Plan. This decision was determined to be our best course of action as COVID-19 infection rates increase across Canada. We will continue to serve our clients with minimal interruption, as we are uniquely suited for this type of shift in work process.

Effective March 18th, 2020 Core Network Solutions will be moving to a remote services strategy. Only emergency services to critical infrastructure will be conducted onsite, with additional precautions being taken. In the event your organization requires a site visit, Core staff will be introducing PPE barriers that may include gloves, coveralls, footwear covers, facial protection (including surgical masks and N95 respirators) and/or eye protection (including safety glasses or face shields).

We appreciate your understanding and co-operation during this challenging time and will continue to deliver the levels of service our clients have come to expect.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the delivery of services to your organization please email us at readiness@corenetwork.ca. Alternatively, if you wish to speak with a representative please call us at 1-844-299-2673.

COVID-19 READINESS

March 12th 2020

At Core Network Solutions Inc. the health and safety of our staff and clients is our first priority. With the recent elevation of COVID-19 to a global pandemic by the World Health Organization, our Pandemic Management Committee has activated Core’s Pandemic Response Plan. We are taking precautionary measures to ensure the spread of COVID-19 is minimized, while delivering the same level of service you are accustom to.

What are we doing to limit exposure of our staff and clients?

  • We are restricting all non-essential company travel to or from “affected areas” as defined by the World Health Organization, and imposing self-quarantine measures for employees who have recently traveled to or from such areas.
  • We are limiting non-essential visits to high risk work locations. Staff will utilize video conferencing, conference bridges and remote desktop sharing as required. If a site visit is required you may be asked for an update on the current health state of your facilities
  • We are ready to move our staff into a work from home strategy, allowing staff to continue to deliver services in the event local infection rates exceed acceptable levels.
  • We are modifying logistic procedures to ensure safe handling of products, limiting transmission.
  • We are re-enforcing Core’s Workplace Health Guidelines with staff to limit the potential spread of COVID-19.
  • Were are actively monitoring information updates issued by the World Health Organization, Alberta Health Services, the Northern Health Authority (B.C), the Saskatchewan Health Authority, Manitoba Regional Health Authorities and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Our continued monitoring of  the situation enables us to be prepared to react accordingly,  helping keep you safe. If there are any changes to service schedules, we will communicate this information to you as soon as possible. We want to thank you for your continued support, and encourage you to stay informed and follow advice given by your healthcare provider.
